This 6-bedroom renovation projects was completed for a 1st time property investor in Newport. The project consisted of the creation of 6 en-suite bathrooms and a new structural layout. Their target audience were working professionals, and every room was tenanted at ease. The valuation broke the ceiling price and was valued the highest 6 bed HMO in Newport ever!!!
This project was completed within 16 weeks from the point of purchase completion, however with the team we have now we believe we could complete similar projects within 8 weeks.

AJY undertakes all types of commercial hard rip outs, including large HVAC systems, racking, electrical and mechanical equipment. We work closely with licensed waste removal companies to ensure that all waste is ethically disposed of and where possible materials can be recycled.

All kitchens and bathrooms will need to go through a design, we can arrange this for you to ensure a stress free transition and we also have trade discounts which are passed on to the customer.

AJY will create a schedule of works to reassure you that the project doesn’t not take longer that necessary, we aim to complete within 7 working days, however we can ensure that some of the facilities are working at all times.

AJY works with a variety of structural engineers and ensures the correct rules and regulations are being adhered to. These are completed through calculations and construction drawings in which we can arrange, and project manage for you. The completed works to date include underpinning, extension, RSJ's, retaining walls, and precast concrete.
